What does my coaching practice involve?
My coaching practice is rooted in psychological healing, energy work and spiritual awakening.
These 60 min sessions are usually a combination of transpersonal psychology, psychosynthesis, Integral Theory, Buddhist philosophy, meditative techniques, energy healing, somatic release, ancient alchemy practices, use of universal laws, Reiki healing and the use of the imperial medicine: love. Each session is unique as it calls for different tools and we intuitively co-create every step of the way to maximize your results and transformation.
These often profound journeys bring a deeper seeing, recognition and embodiment of your highest potential in this lifetime, as well as the opportunity to move through places of stuckness, unconsciousness, blocks and disempowerment. This transformative work connects body, mind, heart and soul and meets each person where they are at in their journey.
Why work with me?
I have a long trajectory exploring and assisting the healing powers of plant medicines. Born in Mexico, I have been privileged to be initiated in the ancient practice of mushroom and cannabis medicines. Through vast experience journeying alongside Shamans and curanderas, experience guiding others through their journeys, the studying of up-to-date scientific evidence on psychedelics and the deep understanding I have about the mind, body, and spirit equip me to safely guide and co-create these transformative self-healing experiences.
Safely holding space and carefully assisting you so that you can surrender to endless possibilities is my sacred purpose. It would be an honor to serve as a bridge and a guide through your journey with plant teachers in the safest, most loving, compassionate and caring way. These ceremonies are held in places where these medicines are legal and safe such as Amsterdam and Mexico.

I am presently committed to serve my mission by sharing and assisting with the tools, practices and knowledge I have collected throughout my 20-year long healing and awakening journey.
Recordare is my current vehicle to pass on the cascade of gifts and techniques I have experienced and received from Buddhist teachers, awakened masters, sacred plant medicines, shamans, energy healers, coaches, psychologists and all kinds of holistic practitioners.
My life can be seen as an eclectic collection of experiences and choices. As a child, I experienced deep wounds of abandonment and as a coping mechanism, I closed up my heart to others and to life to protect myself. My unprocessed emotional pain, confusion and helplessness manifested as physical illnesses throughout more than a decade of my life, some of which were actually life-threatening.
Even though I embarked on a spiritual and healing journey since I was 16 years old, the need to be loved, special and seen was a major driver (although not the only one) to live a life of ‘success’ and external recognition. I held leading positions in government and prestigious global organizations, launched a start-up, pursued a degree at Oxford, lived in Silicon Valley & 7 countries around the world, traveled lots…bla bla bla. Despite the consistent external achievements, the void within me could not be fulfilled.
In 2019 I intuitively decided to quit it all and free fall. I surrendered the false identities I fearfully had grabbed onto for years to feel ‘secure’ about myself (the busy job, the beautiful house, the great salary, the status, etc) and plunged into the unknown. Throughout this journey, I spent time living with realized Masters, shamans and healers and experienced soul awakenings through which I remembered two major codes for my life:
Healing is not about “fixing” myself, it’s about releasing false identities and awakening to my true identity. And the journey back to my true identity starts with the inmost part of myself: the core, the heart.
My life’s mission is to assist people to find the way back into their heart, so they can remember and awaken to the presence, freedom and love that they already are.
Raw, transformed, undefined, and stripped from the identities and masks, I have reemerged to serve my life’s mission from a place of love, freedom and authenticity. I, of course, still inhabit the full spectrum of the human experience, which includes fear, pain, anxiety, etc but I now hold a master key: I remember who and what I truly am. And I know that nothing can ever destroy or erase my true identity. For I am infinite consciousness, unconditional love and oneness. And so are you. This inner master key allows me to live and love with courage and freedom.

Integral & Multidisciplinary
My approach attempts to integrate as much wisdom as possible into a new, emergent practice that is able to accommodate the perspectives of different worldviews, fields of knowledge and practice.
Here’s an example to illustrate what I mean: I hold a degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, while I also am certified in Transpersonal Life Coaching. I led major global tech policy projects at the World Economic Forum and have spent ceremonies upon ceremonies journeying with shamans and sacred plant medicines. These different angles, just to give an example, allow me to hold diverse worldviews at the existential, systemic, societal, and individual levels.
Multidimensional
In simple terms, this means that I work with all layers of the individual and of reality. Body, mind, emotions, energy, spirit and soul - as well as the material and invisible realms - are all aspects I address through my practice. I work with the whole being to reach deep, lasting transformation. I’ve witnessed fragmented approaches often result only in partial and reversible change.
I have been blessed to be initiated in energy healing practices and to spend days upon days with realized Masters through my self-healing and awakening journey. Experiences like these have led me to a deeper understanding of the nature of reality, the essence of the human experience and the cosmic dance.
